The attorneys have a $100 initial consultation fee which is credited toward attorneys fees should you decide to retain them.  During your initial consultation, the attorneys will discuss the details of your case, review your options, and strategize next steps.  Retainer fees are established on a case-by-case basis and are quoted during your initial consultation.

About the Attorneys

Frederick Xavier Walker

Frederick Xavier Walker is a Board Certified Family Law Attorney. His career began at Texas Tech Law School in 1976. Soon after passing the Texas State Bar, he was appointed as a Municipal Court Judge for the City of El Paso, served a Board Member for the Young Lawyers Association, and continued to privately practice law.

He served as President for the Young Lawyers Association after his last term as appointed municipal Judge; shortly after his tenure as a Judge, he became a Family Law Board Certified Attorney in 1992 and became a member of the Texas Academy of Family Law Specialists. Excelling in the Family Law circuit, he sat on the State Bar of Texas’s Family Law Council from 2008 until 2013.

He continues to practice law in the same town in which he had grown up, and continually contributes to the El Paso community through the service he provides to his clients with his expertise in his field.

Ali M. Walker

Ali is an El Paso native.  She graduated with honors from the University of Texas and went on to receive her J.D. from the University of Colorado.  Prior to joining the Walker Law Firm, Ali was a Law Clerk and Staff Attorney III for the Chief Justice of the Texas Eighth District Court of Appeals.  During law school, Ali served as a legal extern for the Colorado Supreme Court and interned with the Eighth District Court of Appeals in El Paso.
